Ski pass online purchase with early bird bonus

The online early bird bonus is also available for selected day tickets. The availability in the day ticket area varies depending on the ski area. There is no online early booking bonus for the Ski amadé ALL-IN Card White/Gold/Green and the SuperSkiCard ski passes and this cannot be applied to certain family offers (Junior Weekend Bonus, Easter family offer, MiniCard..)

The contingent of cheaper ski passes is limited. The sooner you book, the better the price. It is difficult to say when the best time is.  The price depends on various factors, such as demand, type of ski pass or desired period.

The price displayed at the time of purchase is always the cheapest and therefore the best price. This means that the longer you wait in winter, the more expensive the ski pass will be until it reaches the maximum, standard ticket price. Tickets purchased later won’t be cheaper. Prices vary depending on the season, time of purchase and demand.

A)  Cancellation of the ski pass purchased online without a booked cancellation guarantee 

According to § 11 paragraph 1 of the Distance Selling and Away Business Act (FAGG),  the customer as a consumer can withdraw from the online ticket purchase within 14 days without giving reasons. The booking confirmation sent by email is the start of the period. However, the declaration of withdrawal must contain the following: declaration of withdrawal, order number, date of receipt of the booking confirmation by e-mail, date of the declaration of withdrawal, name and address of the customer.

B)  Cancellation of the ski pass purchased online with a booked cancellation guarantee insurance plan  

For online ski tickets, a cancellation guarantee can be booked for a fee (€ 2,50 per ski pass and day), you can cancel up to 2 days before the start of the ticket validity and without giving reasons. For example: ticket valid from Saturday – then you can cancel until Wednesday 11:59 pm. The purchase price of the ticket will be refunded.

• A cancellation guarantee on day tickets is only offered for selected day tickets, Please note that this is not possible for day tickets in the Salzburger Sportworld (but for some day tickets e.g. in the Dachstein-Schladming region).
• A cancellation must be requested in writing by e-mail from the selling company, stating the order number and order name, up to 2 days before the ticket becomes valid. Opting for the cancellation guarantee after completion of the order is not possible.

C) Cancellation due to illness or a sports accident

Unfortunately, we could only find inconsistent information on this and the regulations can also differ depending on the ski region. Please inquire about the currently applicable regulations in the respective ski region. It appears that there are no refunds for day tickts. In the Salzburger Sportworld there is a pro rata reimbursement for multi-day-tickets with a medical certificate in the event of a sports injury, provided that the ski pass is deposited immediately at one of the main cash desks. Reimbursement in the event of illness and medical confirmation depends in part on the goodwill of the respective lift company. Subject to changes and errors.

No, it is not possible to book the cancellation guarantee after you buy your passes. It needs to be purchased at the same time.

No, it is not possible to change the validity period at a later date – neither a postponement nor an extension. You can only cancel the booked ski pass within the cancellation period and then simply book it again if necessary.

Day Passes 

• Ski tickets for up to 1 day are only valid in the respective ski region and can either be booked in the section for that region in the online ticket shop or in the Ski Amadé Ticketshop. Our ski areas are part of the Salzburger Sportworld, which includes the Zauchensee-Flachauwinkel-Kleinarl, Snow Space Salzburg (Flachau-Wagrain-St. Johann) and Radstadt-Altenmarkt.

Multi-day Passes 

• are valid in all 5 ski regions of Ski amadé and can be booked everywhere. We recommend our guests in Radstadt and the Hotel Stegerbräu to use the Zauchensee Online Ticketshop.

How to order Online 

• simply go to the respective ticket shop – choose a day ticket or multi-day ticket – and continue to follow the instructions. If a cancellation guarantee can be booked for your selection, this will be offered to you during the ordering process.
• You can also choose between: topping up an existing key card (this also includes the my Ski amadé friends Card) or collection from the ticket vending machine or at the cash desk on site 
• If you have selected the collection function, you will also receive a QR code by e-mail with the booking confirmation, which you can use to print out the ski ticket’s at the ticket machine. Please note: it takes 30 minutes for newly charged KeyCards to become valid before they can be used.
• The ski pass is saved on a contactless data carrier (usually a KeyCard). In the future, this card will also enable convenient recharging from home, so it is advisable to take the KeyCard home with you. The deposit fee is € 3.- and undamaged KeyCards can be returned at the on-site cash desks throughout Ski amadé. Tickets from ticket machines are an exception as these tickets are issued without a deposit so reloading is not possible.

For children up to 6 years of age there is a MiniCard for the use of all lifts (ski school lifts, cable cars…) in most ski regions of Ski amadé, even if they are traveling with their parents or the ski school.
